It started with something we kept noticing.
Project professionals were surrounded by tools, certifications and frameworks, but had nowhere to simply talk to each other. Plenty of software. Plenty of methodology. No community.
And project management in this region can be isolating. Brilliant people solving hard problems: late programmes, impossible stakeholders, teams stretched across time zones, often without a peer group to lean on. The harder the problem, the lonelier the job.
So we built one.
The Project Management Collective is a carefully curated community, built on shared values, mutual respect and a real desire to grow together. PMs, programme leads, PMO professionals, transformation people and delivery specialists across the UAE and Gulf: the people to call when you're stuck, and the people who'll call you.
Around the community we've built the rest of what a project career needs: delivery, talent, training and tooling, all inside one ecosystem we run. That's the ecosystem, and PMC sits at the centre of it.
